The Hunt

This year Mike was lucky enough to draw out for a deer tag in the Book Cliffs. I guess it is a hard tag to draw out for and only a certain amount of people get them, so he was really excited. So a couple of weeks ago, he and his dad went hunting. Mike was only going to settle for the best. They went down a couple of days before the hunt started so he could scout out the big ones. He shot at one but unfortunately missed it, and was kind of bummed. But the next day he got his chance again, and prevailed! It was a 4 X 4 and 25 inches. Good job babe! Here are some pictures.

A much needed weekend!

Things have been crazy lately and Mike and I both needed to just get away. So this weekend was all about us. On Friday we first went to dinner, then to the Body Worlds 3 exhibit downtown. I would recommend it. I like stuff that has to do with the body, it really interests me. The only downside was that it was really busy so we couldn't see everything like we wanted to. After we went and got some ice cream, yum, my favorite!

Then on Saturday we dropped the kids off down in Payson and went bowling. To say the least it was quite the experience. Let's just say the people there kept us entertained! And of course I kicked Mike's butt.

I'm glad we got to spend some time together, we need to do it more often. Mike I love you tons! And thanks to my parents, in-laws, and Ang for helping us out with the kiddies.

Get your motor runnin!

Well call me crazy, but I got a motorcycle. I know whenever I bring it up to people the first thing they say is how dangerous they are and how they knew so and so who crashed etc. etc.. Maybe I am going through a midlife crisis, but I am sure it was meant to be. Coming home from work one day, I was thinking how much fun it would be to have one to drive to work etc. That exact night out of the blue, Rach said "hey I think you should get a bike!" The rest is history. It is a 2007 Suzuki M50.
This weekend Rach and I went with Mike and Ali on a little jaunt around the Nebo loop. Here are a few pictures we took!
